Swimwear is intimate, and we handle returns on a case-by-case basis.

    •If Oshun Swim is at fault—for example, if you receive the wrong item or a damaged product—we will offer a refund, exchange, or store credit.

    •In other cases, we may offer store credit or an exchange, depending on the situation.

    •To request a return, please email us at contact@shoposhunswim.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Important Notes

    •Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and hygienic liners attached.

    •We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our standards.

    •Shipping fees are non-refundable.
